Not going to lie these classes are not easy but wow are they worth it!!
Made up from 3 classes and two of these are dogless.
It’s great getting your heart pumping and pushing yourself to see actually what you can do.
I’ve amazed myself with what I have managed and highly recommend these if you do want to push yourself out of your comfort zone.
Again as with the other online classes support is there for check ins to see how you are getting on and ask questions and it is always in a friendly way that will encourage you to do your best and get out there and enjoy!

Excellent mix of sessions to enable you to work on your dogless running. I’ve become a stronger runner following these classes which means my legs didn’t tire as quickly when I transferred back to canicross after a month of running dogless during the hot summer.

I’d highly recommend this block to anyone who wants to work on their solo running. The sessions are tough but there’s ‘no gain without pain’.

I am only part way through this block but enjoying the challenges so far. These sessions are tough but worthwhile additions to any training plan. Summer is naturally a break for canicross and it’s easy to slouch when it’s too hot to run with our dogs. These sessions are helping me be a better runner for my dog.

Like the previous blocks, these sessions are great for adding structure to any running programme. They can be done before or after the previous blocks.

Of all types of training, speed work is the only thing I really dread. Strength Endurance made speed work interesting and have clear purpose. It also set me up well for Hard Running, which will be my next solo session.
