Summer Fitness Block

Summer training for Canicross / running 🏃♀️ whilst the dog rests at home.
These sessions will have short running intervals to improve running efficiency, cadence, speed and power.
Along with short intervals we will be working on strength , balance and proprioception to keep us strong to navigate the trails and reduce the chances of injury.
These work outs are something you can carry on yourself at home or in your own time, to compliment your running throughout the year.
Session is for all abilities as intervals and reps can be adjusted to suit.
You will need some free weights, dumb bells or kettle bell. If you have none get in touch we can arrange for some to be brought.

LEVEL 1, 2 & 3
If you are unable to attend the full block, you can always purchase a rolling 3 class pass which can be used at any canicross or cani-hike class over an 8 week/2 block period. Simply purchase the pass and notify the leader that you will be attending using the pass.
You can also purchase a monthly pass which allows you to attend any 8 canicross or hike classes in the calendar month. Again, simply purchase the pass and notify the leader.
