Falkirk/West Lothian Training Block
These classes are for experienced canicrossers who want a great training run. Less chat and more running but still progressive learning and training There are two timeslots available, dependant on your speed. 7.30am for faster experienced canicrossers who can do 5k in under 25 mins or 9am for experienced canicrosser who complete 5k in over 25 mins Dates as follows: 17/10 Callendar Park FK1 1XT, meeting point is the car park at Callendar Boulevarde 24/10 Callendar Park, as above …
