This is a class aimed at those new to running or new to canicross. We will do a mix of hiking and running with lots of time for instruction and to catch our breath.

There will be a limited series of 3 sessions (attend as many as you wish) across Ayrshire after which you should be able and confident to join a mixed ability class.

NEW MEETING POINT – At Doon the Beach Community Cafe, Shore Rd, Stevenston. Parking is on the road on the right, just beyond the children’s play park.

• Wear trainers and clothes you can exercise in
• Bring water and a treat for your dog
• Do not feed your dog for approx 3 hours prior to class start
