Nervous about running with a head torch? This is the class for you. Winter is the best time for running with our dogs but daylight is not on our side. The main focus of this class is to get comfortable running with a head torch on several different types of trails. There are no fast intervals or complicated routes planned, just some simple navigation exercises. Beginners and first timers are welcome and, of course, first-time head torch runners, with one important requirement:

**You must have your own head torch. None are available to borrow on the day.**
