9am for experienced canicrosser who complete 5k in over 25 mins

05/12 Beecraigs EH49 6PL  9am class meet at Hillside car park
19/12 Beecraigs, as above

• Wear trainers and clothes you can exercise in
• Bring water and a treat for your dog
• Unsuitable for dogs under 11 months
• Do not feed your dog for approx 3 hours prior to class start
