Ayrshire Beginner Bikejor Sessions

This block is for those new to the sport of bikejor.
Dogs should have solid understanding of canicross commands
You will need your own bike that is suited to off road. Limited number of bikejor arms to borrow – please get in touch with class leader if you need to borrow.
03/09 NO DOGS! Bike skills session to get you up to speed before getting the dogs involved. Eglinton Park, KA12 8TA, meeting point is the ‘new’ car park
17/09 TBC (need to check parking) but will definitely be North Ayrshire
08/10 Stevenston Beach, KA20 3PW, meeting point is at Stevenston Point car park. Make sure you take the turning up Shore Road, passing the playpark on your right hand side. Sat Navs seem to like taking you along Trelawney Terrace which is the wrong way!
22/10 Shewalton Wood, KA11 5AT, meeting point is small car park off Moss Drive (quite hidden!)

- Dogs included in weeks 2, 3, 4 Dogs must know their canicross commands
- Bring your own bike
- Bring your own bikejor arm & line
- Bring water for your dog
- Helmets are compulsory, gloves are strongly advised
- Be prepared to get a bit muddy!
