Summer training for Canicross / running 🏃♀️ whilst the dog rests at home. These sessions will have short running intervals to improve running efficiency, cadence, speed and power. Along with short intervals we will be working on strength , balance and proprioception to keep us strong to navigate the trails and reduce the chances of injury.
