Registration open from 9am, briefing at 9.45 and running will start at 10am. Individual start times will be published once entries close

Start times are not seeded so brush up on that passing etiquette! This is a time trial against yourself, no podium places or prizes but we will be timing the event so get that training plan dusted off and join us for a fun morning to test your pace.
