DESCRIPTION:Covering correct warm up and drills to enhance our ability to run more efficiently.\nCanicross technique with your dog\, working on speed drills and learning to let go and run with confidence behind your dog.\nAll participants will receive a 3 week training plan to put all the work into action with ongoing support. \nWe will take a quick tea break\, re-group and talk through kit fit\, prepping dogs for training and touch on cross training/strength work at home to support your running. \nThis is a half day on the trails . Lots of working intervals\, with plenty stops and rest time . \nThis workshop is suitable for all speeds and abilities .
