6 week Motivator Block, Kilmaurs
Dog free training sessions – no dogs!
This 6 week block will take place at Morton Park, Kilmaurs.
No individual classes 6 week block only – you can still book the block and drop in and out if you can’t attend every single session.
Speed & interval session. An intensive work out .
Track speed and endurance work, with added hill work, team games and body weight circuits .

KA3 2NL, parking and meeting point is at Morton Park, Mill Avenue
- You will need a watch or stop watch to time your laps & pace
- Bring a mat for exercises
- Wear trainers and clothes you can exercise in
- Bring water for yourself
- Be warmed up and ready to start at 7pm
