DESCRIPTION:\nThis is a class aimed at those new to running or new to canicross. We will do a mix of hiking and running with lots of time for instruction and to catch our breath. \nThere will be a limited series of 3 sessions (attend as many as you wish) across Ayrshire after which you should be able and confident to join a mixed ability class. \n  \nKA11 5AT \n\nShewalton Woods\, Irvine. Meeting point is small car park off Meadowhead Road (quite hidden!) on the approach to the papermill.
