DESCRIPTION:Hosted by Amy from Small but Mighty Cycle Skills\nbit.ly/SBMcycling\n\n***\n*** NOTE NEW DATE DUE TO HIGH TEMPERATURES FORECAST ON ORIGINAL DATE ***\n***\n\n\nMeeting point is at Shewalton Woods\, KA11 5AT\n\nClick here for What3Words location link \n\n\n\nThis fully coached morning workshop will help you prep for the Cani-Fit Duathlon Time Trial on 29th Oct.\nWe will carry out an in depth recce of the bike course and take the opportunity to dissect any technical sections or tricky corners\, with ample time to session and practice all sections of the course. Any little skills niggles you want to work on\, now’s the time!\n\n\nWe will look at what transition area options there are\, and you can practice to see which works best for you\, your dog and your kit.\n\n\nWe’ll finish the morning with a tour of the run section and back to the cars for a cuppa.\n\n\nDogs can take part but please be prepared to leave them in the cars for the first half of the session (approx).\n\n\nThis workshop is also suitable for anyone who is planning to bike the full route at the event.\n\n\nNot suitable for first time bikejorers.\nIf you wish to have a bikejor intro session\, you can book 1:1 sessions here (Contact Amy to arrange time) https://cani-fit.com/product/1-1-training/\n\n\nAs always –\n\na safe\, fully functioning mountain bike is required\nhelmet compulsory\ngloves strongly advised\nbring water bottle/a way of carrying water for you and your dog whilst on your bike\nplease carry a spare inner tube that suits your bike\nspare clothes etc are a good idea\, it could be wet and muddy\nPlease read our Weather Cancellation Policy\n\n  \n
