Communication & Forming Trust – Al Bunyan

The human/canine bond is an understanding and partnership between 2 individuals which involves emotions, security and dependability.

Like all of us our dogs need to feel secure but also to be useful with a job to do which is built on the needs of both human and canine. If we fail to give our dogs security, predictability, dependability and training appropriate to the individual then that trust account will be affected and the connection damaged.

During this talk Alasdair will talk about building the canine bond through appropriate training methods, socialising and activities that will increase the dog’s ability to problem solve. He will also cover simple problem solving through training and canine communication.

All training levels, abilities, and dog sport disciplines are welcome.

Humans only for this one – please leave your dogs at home.

The session will be held at St. Andrew’s Church, Elmbank Terrace, Irvine, Ayrshire, KA12 0SG. There is ample car parking on site.
