DESCRIPTION:*Tickets on sale soon* \nCanicross Advance Workshop : \nWe will be working on our own running style\, technique\, power and speed without the dog . Working on correct warm up and drills to enhance our ability to run more efficiently . \nCanicross technique with your own dog\, working on speed drills and learning to let go and run with confidence behind your dog. \nAll participants will receive a 6 week training plan to put all the work into action. \nBreak for over an hour for lunch . \nAfternoon will be an indoor gym session working on strength work to compliment Canicross. Strength work is essential to prevent injuries and help training progress.
