Nismo was a year old and I wanted to start "working" him (at that point it was scootering) especially as he was turning into a total horror despite all his socialising and training. I was getting nowhere trying to get guidance, help, or find any groups to join. A chance meeting with Lindsay and Suko was the turning point.
Recently I've graduated to being class leader of the Cani-Hike classes which are becoming established and although hard work, they are always very rewarding and I still tail run for Lindsay's weekend classes. As for the running, I'll never be fast but I did complete a 10k road race recently in a not too shabby time, something I would never have dreamed of when I first started out (and couldn't run between lamp posts). And as for Nismo, he's a model pupil most of the time, and just adores people and all the attention he gets - folks who've only just met him can't believe how bad he used to be. So all in, I've done and seen every role within Cani-Fit and seen the classes evolve into what they now are
